Goals
The main goals of YWLN are to support Yemeni women and promote the creation of favorable conditions necessary for the advancement of women in the social, entrepreneurial, commercial, and professional fields for Yemeni women in various fields in reconstruction projects.
Objectives
- Expanding the roles of Yemeni women in a democratic civil society.
2. Study the obstacles to women’s economic empowerment, and submit proposals and solutions to them.
3. Promote Yemeni women’s issues, support their activation, and press for democratic reforms.
4. Provide funding opportunities for Yemeni women’s civil society organizations to support interventions and initiatives for Yemeni women in society.
5. Raise awareness of Yemeni women’s issues and draw the attention of national and international humanitarian actors to these issues.
6. Adopting and providing educational and training programs and services to improve the level of Yemeni women’s capacity in local communities.
7. Promote and activate professionally directed work policies and entrepreneurship and leadership activities for Yemeni women.
8. Facilitating cooperation between women and Yemeni women’s organizations in Yemen and the world.
